Rebooking Policy

We always recommend messaging us to discuss a solution first aside from buying a correct insurance to cover your travel needs. You can send us a message here or through the 3rd party rental sites you used.

Major Disruptive Events

In the rare circumstances that a large-scale event at your destination prevents completion of your reservation, you may be eligible for a refund if the reservation is more than 15 days away. Please contact your insurance carrier if its less than 15 days.  

Canceling or Rebooking During Your Stay

If you need to cancel or rebooking your reservation during your stay, we can help you start a request to resolve the issue. Please allow us to fix the problem. We will try our best to honor your request of a partial refund, rebooking, or to cancel your reservation. However, our resolutions had usually resulted in many satisfied returning customers. If any, your refund will be sent to the payment method you used when you booked the reservation.

Host Cancellation

Although our cancellations are rare, and some cancellations are beyond our control, if we have to cancel a reservation prior to your check-in time, you will receive a full refund. You will receive no refund if we have to cancel the reservation because of rental agreement violation. Guests must report Reservation Issues within 72 hours after discovery. In most circumstances we will attempt to confirm any violation concern and provide resolutions.

This Policy is applicable to the maximum extent permitted by law, which may imply guarantees that cannot be excluded. When this Policy applies, it controls and takes precedence over the reservation’s cancellation policy. Before submitting a request to us, whenever feasible, the you must notify and try to resolve the Reservation Issue directly with us.

We are not obligated to, pay for or contribute to the cost of new accommodations.

Traveler’s Cancellation

We have a strict cancellation policy.

  • If the reservation is canceled anytime between 15 days and 30 days before check-in, the fee is 50% of the reservation amount
  • If the reservation is canceled more than 30 days before check-in, the fee is 10% of the reservation amount
  • For reservations of 28 days or longer, the fee is 100% of the reservation amount if canceled anytime less than 15 days
  • You may cancel for stays in California for up to 24 hours after the reservation is confirmed and receive a full refund, if reservations that were confirmed at least 72 hours before check-in. Cancellation and booking confirmation times are based on the local time zone for listings in California, Pacific Time. Long term & Special rate reservation are exempted from this policy.

Refunds

If we agreed on refunds, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow us 5 business days to process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days needed by your financial institution.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
